Impact
An attacker who controlled a fetched URL could target internal or non-routable IPv6 addresses that should have been blocked by the SSRF guard.
Untrusted input controls the target URL of a server-initiated request, which may reach internal services not otherwise accessible from outside. Typical impact: access to internal metadata services, internal APIs, or cloud credentials.
